We offer free shipping for orders over $50. Orders below that will attract a shipping cost of $8.80

Please provide an address where someone can receive the goods during business hours.
At the moment we are unable to ship to P O Box addresses as the courier company we use do not offer this. We are trying to offer this shortly.

After placing an order with G C Protein the following process will take place:

1. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received. Please check this to make sure the order is correct.
2. Once the goods are shippied usually in 2-3 business days you will get an email updating the status of the order.
Sometimes the particular size or flavour may not be in stock. If this happens we will email you to let you know and they will be shipped when they come back in stock usually within 14 days.
If you do not want to wait then you can let us know and we will refund your money.

Return Policy Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request you to do this within 24 hours of receiving your goods by email or contact us form on the website. You will be required to send the goods back to us. The cost or sending the goods back to G C Protein has to be born by the customer. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of G C Protein i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.

Please note if the goods are not delivered or returned due to incorrect address supplied we cannot issue a refund. If the goods are returned due to incorrect address and we have to reship it the shipping charge has to be paid by buyer. If we issue a refund for goods returned because of incorrect address there will be no a $10 shipping charge plus a 10% restocking fee.
