Blending three quality proteins means that define can be taken at any time of the day to ensure that you receive short, medium and prolonged absorption of protein. Combining quality proteins with a thermogenic (fat burning) agent such as l-carnitine or hydroxy citric acid (HCA) can increase fat loss and help to achieve faster results.
